Streets of Rogue
Chaotic and procedural-heavy, Streets of Rogue takes a modern setting, lumps a whole bunch of roguelike-style content in it and then shoves the player in it in real-time. It makes for quite a high chaos, especially as elements of the game lean on other genres too, with stealth able to play a major part in your playstyle if you are able to wrangle it.
We wrote about it back in 2017, but it’s come a long way in the time since. For instance, just last month they released the 91st (full) version of the game, with patches coming almost every month.
