BOOT | Project Remedium

PlayWay and Atomic Jelly are bringing a new title under the name of, “Project Remedium” and it takes place in a rather unusual setting…within the human body.

Project Remedium is seeking out a CA$10,000 goal to allow them to fund their space shooter that is set within the depths of the human body. Once backed, players will get access to a demo build allowing them to get a taste of what is to come for the title.

Players will take control of, Nano+, a nanobot designed to venture within the human body and eliminate an illness and various other health related issues.Nano+ will be capable of upgrading, improving upon its healing skills, and will be able to craft chemicals. Nano+ can move fast and is equipped with two modifiable weapons that can be used to take down Morbifics, and also pathogens, mutated organisms, growths, and deranged nanobots.

The title starts stretch goals at CA$10,000 with a facelift, making the title look nicer with higher quality textures and materials. The goals go all the way up to CA$135,000 which will allow Playway to port the title to Xbox One and PS4 consoles.

The Kickstarter was launched on the 14th March and has had a dev diary released already. There is a trailer that can be seen below that shows off some in-game footage. Project Remedium is currently only available on PC, however as mentioned above, console ports could be a thing should they reach their stretch goal.
