See Voodoo Vince Remastered In Action In This Eight Minute Gameplay Video
Beep Games Inc have given IGN the chance to play their remastered version of Voodoo Vince, and we now get to see eight minutes of the game in action.
Having covered the game before in our Greenlight Highlight series, we’re all excited to see some footage of the game, and safe to say, it has brought some nostalgia.
Having had the original on the Xbox Classic console, when I heard about this game being remastered back in October, I was nothing but excited.
The gameplay shows a fantastic remaster of the original 3D platformer where you control a Voodoo Doll amongst a surreal world, with the power to kill yourself in various ways then respawn and putting that death permanently onto nearby enemies. Just like a voodoo doll would do!
The list of features you can expect from the game are as followed.
- Classic puzzle platforming gameplay that has been preserved exactly as it was in the original
- Gorgeous high-def visuals with updated rendering and visual effects
- 60+ fps gameplay—Voodoo Vince plays like butter!
- Select soundtrack updates and remixes by the game’s original composer, Steve Kirk
- Rumble/haptic feedback
- Loads of Snark-ariffic™, sarcastic humor
The game is set for a PC and Xbox release and will be coming early 2017.
