Physical and Digital Release for Elite Dangerous as it Heads to PS4
Elite Dangerous, the spaceship simulation title will be launching on PS4 this June and it will also be available both digitally and physically.
Frontier Developments have announced that the Elite Dangerous title will be coming to PS4 this June in both physical and digital editions. The online multiplayer, space exploration title is a game in which players take control of a spaceship and fly across an absolutely huge universe, taking part in a wide variety of missions and tasks on their journey.
On June the 27th 2017, the game, Elite Dangerous will be available on PS4. Also available will be the Elite Dangerous: Horizons Season Pass. These will be sold as standalone games, however it’s worth noting that the Horizons Season Pass requires the base game. These can be purchased together as part of the Commander Deluxe Edition, which will also include the bonus Commander Paint Pack.
The PS4 version can be pre-ordered already if you’re in Europe, and pre-orders will begin on the 30th of May 2017. Pre-ordering will gain players the exclusive Gold Sidewinder ship paint job.
On the day of launch (27th June 2017) PS4 and Xbox One users will be able to grab the Elite Dangerous: Legendary Edition which includes the base game, Elite Dangerous, the Horizons add-on, and 1,000 Frontier Points that can be spent on in-game cosmetics.
