Look At What Exclusives Will Be Coming To PlayStation In 2017

PlayStation have pushed a trailer showing the PS4’s Exclusive games coming this year.

We get footage of a vibrant, and stunning new Gran Turismo, showing some spectator shots, as well as some in action shots, with one shot within the car standing out. Who else thinks this will support PSVR?

Hellblade is set to be coming as well, so it’s a sure fire thing that they put it in the trailer. Hellblade caught my attention last year when they explained how they’re using 3D sound to create a truthful representation of a character suffering from a type of, “Psychosis”. You can watch the dev diary here. Interesting stuff.

Next up shows Drawn to Death. An upcoming third person shooter set in a world of…drawings and paperwork really. It looks interesting and quite captivating with it’s visuals.

NieR: Automata is one we’ve been covering. A nice JRPG that puts you in a world of machines. The game seems to be progressing very nicely and the visuals are looking high quality, with some collaborations with other games you’ll no doubt have heard of, such as Final Fantasy XV.

Detroit: Become Human popped in surprisingly. A neo-noir thriller with multiple characters, if the one you’re playing as dies, then you carry on as another character. No game, but some saddening goodbyes I’d imagine. The games story apparently plays out based on your choices in the game.

Slicing it’s way in next is Yakuza 0, this is set release this month, and this prequel to the previous games does look rather stunning indeed, and that’s just from the eyeball shot!

Farpoint comes in next being all cinematic, and spacey. There’s only a slight look at the FPS gameplay, but it does look rather crisp.

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy was next, and we heard a lot about this last year, with it being available as a standalone title, and focusing on the story of Chloe. We get to see some fancy fighting skills on a rooftop.

Matterfall is one that I haven’t heard of, this shooter seems to have a particle system in place where players, when they die, disintegrate into many shards. There also seems to be a big character, a type of boss, that the blue robot guy jumps through at the start of the clip. I’m going to look out for this one!

Gravity Rush 2 is a anime looking game, a sequel to the first, and looking incredible stylistically. There was a video released back on the 9th December which shows the game and its upcoming features in detail. You can watch that here.

WipEout Omega Collection brings the classic back with a load of new stuff too. Check out our coverage that details most of it!

The Show 17 comes in swinging with it’s baseball sports theme going on. The crowds look packed, and the shading stands out, and well, it could be a good sports game!

Everybody’s Golf is an avatar game where you play golf. Mini-Golf, and drive caddies erratically.

Dreams, now this looks very haunting and stylistic, especially with some fantastic smoke trail particles catching my attention, as well as the interesting character models. Is that a pear?

Pyre comes in all cell shaded like and throws about some magical effects while you lead your band of exiles to freedom.

Persona 5 in this clip is…really quite hard to make out what’s going on other than slashing, and hacking. Basically though, you and some others at a school awaken their Persona powers and steal ill intents from adults hearts by exploring a supernatural world.

Nioh, an upcoming action role playing game wherein you, a Samurai with a name that will strike fear into the evil, dark forces that roam the lands, a name that sends a shiver down the spine when it leaves the tongue….that name. William.

World of Warriors, a rather cute action game featuring characters from various eras, battling it out, rather cutely.

Nex Machina, we ran coverage on this little showing 4 minutes of gameplay. This game has a fantastic soundtrack from what we’ve heard, and the gameplay brings bullet hell to a new hell.

Coming in next is Knack 2, a platformer of sorts featuring a type of robot in a world of robots, fighting those robots and solving puzzles like a robot.

Parappa the Rapper raps it’s way in next, a remaster of the classic Parappa the Rapper game from yearrrrrs ago! Look at that HD.

Starblood Arena is shown next with some smooth models and cinematics, then they take you into an explosive gameplay of explosions. This looks like it could be some good spaceship type shooty fun.

Ending the list of games is Horizon Zero Dawn shows a character amongst a mechanical world, performing jumps, and attacks in the third person gameplay ascetic. Who else thinks she looks like the protagonist in Brave?

A very impressive line up, and certainly a line up to get us pumped up even more for a gaming year! Bring it on 2017.
