Gibbous: A Cthulhu Adventure – Major Backer Update & Video Reveals Amazing Visual Overhauls

New audio, visuals, and characters added to promising point & click adventure title.

Stuck in Attic have updated their Kickstarter page with a mass of new information on progress which has been made with their upcoming point & click adventure title, Gibbous: A Cthulhu Adventure.

The latest update focuses heavily on the overhauled environmental art which has, since the game funded back in May of last year, gone from static backgrounds to complicated, multiple-layered efforts with multiple objects interacting independently of one-another. An example room was shown off in a new trailer, which you can find at the bottom of the article.

The team have also made changes to further differentiate each room, like making it so that traversal areas vary from screen to screen. New characters have been added to the game, bringing the total up to 57, and more.

You can find the latest video update below, alternately there’s much more information over on the Kickstarter, including some new tracks from the game.

Gibbous: A Cthulhu Adventure is planned to release later this year for PC, Mac, and Linux.
