Apocalypse Dawn, Post-Zombie Apocalpyse MMORPG to Start Crowdfunding Tomorrow

The Kickstarter for Apocalypse Dawn is to start from the 15th January 2017 and offers backers a discount as well as in-game money.

Zosky Games has a new MMORPG entering the crowdfunding stage tomorrow. The game is set in a world overrun by zombies, and yes, it is about survival, but there’s more to it that just survival.

We’re not looking at another DayZ here, this boasts a story, guilds, and wants you to enjoy the experience with your friends.The goal of the players is to find a cure for the infection that has spread causing the zombie outbreak.

While the story may sound simple, the games features include,

• Story Line – The game has a very detailed and fun multiplayer story line, that can entertain you and your friends for months.
• Huge Map – The map is developed and designed for hosting up to 5,000 simultaneous players on each server.
• Bases & Guilds – There are different types of bases all over the map. You can conquer them and set up your clan there.
• Characters – Each player can create his character, choose from 5 different classes and improve it until he becomes unbeatable!

The game is to start crowdfunding tomorrow and will allow backers to keep up to date and be the first ones to get a discount on the game. In addition to that, if players recruit their friends to play the game and set up an account, then you’ll gain five euros linked to your game account to spend in the game at the In Game Shop that sells only cosmetic items for your character. You will also be able to upgrade your characters skill levels purely from gameplay achievements.

In addition to that, the screenshots for the game seem to show a very populated world, it’ll be interesting to see how the game handles the bulk of graphical elements, population, and Internet connection. Also, the screenshots seem to show a rather different approach to a zombie survival as there’s a screenshot of a plane being flown, and a tank. Sheez!

The game is being developed on the Unreal Engine 4 and I will update this post tomorrow whenever the Kickstarter page goes live.
