BadLands Games Sign Tough Platformer Nightmare Boy, Announce its Greenlight Campaign

BadLands Games INT have announced that they have signed The Vanir Project’s upcoming platformer Nightmare Boy, ahead of its Greenlight campaign.

We’re doing things a little bit backwards today, as it turns out. Normally a game has to have been featured on our Green Genie greenlight series before we start talking about it with news updates; today is a little bit different.

Nightmare Boy is a adventure platformer game which alongside its quest of tough-fights and exploration also features a story which can be impacted by your interactions with NPCs.

The game has had two trailers released; the below, which serves as the main trailer on the Steam page, no doubt due to it being more recent and also highlighting intended platforms and a more diverse selection of levels; and, also a second which is beta gameplay from earlier in the year which gives a much better impression of the pace of the game as well as the statistic powered damage system, and safe rooms.

Nightmare Boy is developed by The Vanir Project, and to be published by Badland Games. It is planned to launch for PC, Xbox One & PS4 in Q3 of this year. The game is currently taking votes on Steam Greenlight.
