Spheroids Is Now Available on Xbox One and Windows 10
Eclipse Games are now sitting pretty not only on the PC platform, but also the Xbox One platform.
Xbox Wire announced the other day that Spheroids is now available on the Xbox One store and the Windows 10 Store. We have previously covered the game in a Greenlight Highlight, and as a First Impressions with the game during its time while it was in the Greenlight stages.
Spheroids takes inspiration from a Spanish arcade game named, Pang! otherwise known as Buster Bros, and finds players taking control of gravity, and destroying the ball shaped evil that has invaded the world. You can read our impressions on the game, but be aware that things may have changed a fair bit since the First Impressions.
“You’ll come across various types of Spheroids, and although they all share the same body shape – nearly – they come in different colours, and sizes. The bigger they are, they more times they’ll split. Example, one huge Spheroid will split into two smaller Spheroids, splitting a smaller spheroid will split it into two more Spheroids.” – Big Boss Battle First Impressions On Spheroids
Spheroids also supports Xbox Play Anywhere, allowing players to carry progress over between Xbox One consoles and Windows 10.
Spheroids is available for PC and Xbox One.
