Slitherine have announced their next title in their Warhammer 40k Armageddon series, this time centering on – surely the most fun faction in the dark, hopeless setting – Da Orks.
Due later on this year – although with no current set date – the Da Orks stand alone expansion allows you to lead your armies across the wastelands, over the volcanic ruins, into the Imperial hive cities, and through the lush jungles of Armageddon Prime as to crush the Imperial forces under foot and trakks. It’ll come with 18 scenarios split across 3 acts which see you leading the Orks alongside Ghazghkull Thraka, Mad Dok Grotnik and other dominant Orks of the campaign.
For those unfamiliar with the mechanics of the core game, it’s a turn-based, hex based tactical title which sees positioning, flanking and troop composition play critical over simple manpower.
