Krafted has introduced the world’s first slim laptop power bank with a removable batter, called Krafted Edge now on Kickstarter. This laptop power bank is ultra-slim, so it’s meant to be portable fitting inside your laptop bag alongside your laptop.
As someone who has worked remotely, often finding power and connecting to power is a challenge. The Krafted Edge is meant to solve a lot of these problems! Their 65W charing, ultra-slim battery with silicone bars to keep your laptop ventilated and cool has been fully thought through and tested. This battery goes under your laptop, not taking up too much extra space. Then, it plugs directly into your USB-C port, charging your laptop at full speed so that you can work or game all day. There are also additional ports so that you can charge your phone, Steam Deck and anything else you’d like.
The battery life boosts to charge laptops at least 4 times, with phones being charged at least 5 times and headphones charged at least 35 times, making this a very portable, handy device.
To make matters even better, the Krafted Edge has a fully replaceable battery and is made of aircraft grade aluminium and ocean-bound plastic detailing – so it’s made of high quality recycled materials.
The Krafted Edge is solving a problem a lot of people face – looking for an outlet at a cafe or finding a place to sit along a conference is something I feel the majority of people in tech have done. Having a slim battery that can just replace this, giving a boost to your laptop, feels like such a logical step.
