Frost 2 is a survival rougelike deckbuilding game, much like the first in this series. In this game, you will be following a group of survivors through a world that’s been overcome by a deadly storm. This endless wave of attacks makes survive quite challenging.
You’ll need to draw cards, manage your deck, and gather resources so that you have a better chance to survive. Your main enemy is actually the weather that you are facing!

“With quick rounds, nice hand drawn art, and sound effects that haunt you, Frost is a really polished, well made game. I am personally not a fan of deck builders, however, Frost doesn’t rely on you building the best deck possible to survive. Instead, you can just work with what you have and hope that your next hand will contain exactly what you need. Unlocking the different story modes, which do come with a bit of story, is a lovely way to add more gameplay, as you do want to take on that challenge. More often than not, I did die, but I really enjoyed my adventures each time.”
In Frost 2 you need to keep moving throughout the map, to get away from the storm that is always looming. There are different hostile and non-hostile tribes, strange creatures, and a lot of brutal conditions that you need to survive in. Cards can be evolved throughout the deck – it’s a really interesting survival game and the sequel feels like it builds on the first.
