Sail a low-poly vessel and man its guns as you attempt to survive your way across the seven seas.

What do we like most about it?

I really like the idea of the small, challenge-level style of the game, it’s something that’s often misconstrued as timing based puzzles, but is actually the core of a platformer drummed up into something bigger; The Seven Seas does this extremely well.

There’s a decent variety of enemy types, 49 levels and several camera angles to choose from, which all bundles together into quite a neat looking game. I also feel the art style doesn’t hurt the game in anyway, however I do hope the music for the trailer isn’t an indication of the music in the finished product.

When’s it due?

The Seven Seas is currently listed for release on Windows PC & Linux in the fourth quarter of this year.
