What’s the 30 second elevator pitch?

A visually charming puzzle game where you must steer a braindead octopus through a maze of dangers by re-positioning arrows.

What do we like most about it?

The art style and music are really impressive, I also quite enjoy the simplicity of moving arrows around the levels as the almost sole mechanic in the game, it reminds me of the simplicity – and genius – of Chu Chu Rocket, although obviously idiOctopus is even further streamlined than that wonderful Dreamcast title.

I do have some concerns about the price, as it’s currently not been stated, and although there’s a promise of 80 levels it’s very easy for a puzzle title to be priced too steeply and massively suffer in the sales department.

When’s it due?

Idioctopus is set to launch in the third quarter of this year, it will lauch for PC, Mac & Linux
