Clone Drone in the Danger Zone Passes Greenlight in Three Days
Why, it seems like only yesterday we were posting about how Clone Drone in the Danger Zone had finally started it’s journey to Valve’s storefront through Steam Greenlight.
In fact, it was actually three days back, but that’s what sleep deprivation will do to you.
As detailed in our Greenlight Highlight on CDitDZ, the game is what happens when you introduce laser-sword (and pistol) wielding drones and baddies into a gladiatorial arena. It’s done with a wonderful voxel style that really shines (note, literally) when combatants are rend asunder by laser-swords slicing twixt their formerly whole body.
Basically, it’s got lasers, shouting announcers, robots, and some cool twitch implementation… and, it’s now passed Greenlight, within three days of going live. (3rd-6th of Feb)
If you head over to the Greenlight page you can still favourite and follow the game, you can also find a link to the current public alpha build there.
Clone Drone in the Danger Zone will continue development as planned, with it expected to leave Alpha later this year. It’s planned to release on PC & Mac.
