Fangtopia’s puzzles gives ghouls and ghosts a home
Fangtopia, from developer Absolutely Games and publisher Secret Mode, is a spooktacular puzzle game recently showcased at Brilliant Indie Treasures on the Golden Hinde.
Fangtopia challenges you to build your ideal tile-based, spooky landscape for ghouls, goblins and ghasts (oh my!) with the intention of either going your own way and crafting a monstrous world or instead going for a higher score in one of several game modes.
With plenty of options to discover monsters and get them into your world as well as build around them to get them settled in with their own habitats and environments you can customise and create pretty much any environment tile by tile to get the ideal world for your creatures and guests.
When it comes to the horror theme, here the team have gone for a friendly, PG-variety design. It’s spooky, not scary, in fact I’d describe it as both non-offensive and even cosy in nature with a real focus on utilising the various tiles available to make the perfect cosy creature hideaway.
The visuals of Fangtopia are both fun and vibrant but also not too graphically demanding meaning that you should have no issues running it on most hardware. The bare minimum requirement is a GTX 660 or equivalent graphics card and an Intel-I5- 6600 CPU making it an entirely approachable game for almost all levels of hardware.

Throughout Fangtopia you’ll be able to unlock stickers and titles, as well as hit high scores on leaderboards as you progress at your own rate outside of a constrictive time limit and focus more on the fun of building your monstrous wonderland.
Fangtopia is available on PC today, with a demo also available on Steam.
