What type of game is it?
Puzzle
What’s the 30 second elevator pitch?
A programming puzzle game where you control small cubes through inputting directions via code tiles throughout the level as to efficiently solve each level.
What do we like most about it?
I always approve of puzzle titles which require logical solutions, especially if they require the use of simplified inputs as to empower those solutions. Directions, movement and logic gates are the tools at your disposal, and using them in combination as to get the cube to the end gate is a simple task if the player can break down the problem into simple manoeuvres. At least they are at the start, the game promises an interesting difficulty curve, with later stages requiring you to control thousands at once.
When’s it due?
God is a Cube is due out in the fourth quarter of this year for PC, Mac & LInux.
