What type of game is it?
Action Platformer
What’s the 30 second elevator pitch?
An old MSX era Action Platformer where you must use timing and planning in order to clear the levels.
What do we like most about it?
While I, and I’m sure most of us, didn’t play the original MSX version of the game, it’s got a solid Flashback vibe to it, and looks like quite an enjoyable little platform game.
I think I’m more interested in the original version of the game – which comes included with it – as the animations and artwork of the new one are slightly jarring due to the way they have -or haven’t- been modernised. Namely the fact that the attack function is a simple frame animation.
When’s it due?
BitLogic is currently listed as targeting a Christmas 2016 release date. It is currently planned to launch for Windows PC.
