Pre-order Graveyard Keeper 2 ahead of its September 22nd launch
The team behind Graveyard Keeper 2 have announced that it will release Xbox, PC, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch in September. However, to make things even cooler, if you pre-order the game now, then you will get some exclusive bonuses. We previously reviewed the first game and have spoken on the second when it was first announced:
“Graveyard Keeper 2 looks similar in vein to Graveyard Keeper, with the same sort of skill helper, the same town, and the same creepy yet cozy vibes. It does look like there will be a fighting element to the game, sort of like tower defence, along with factory elements where you can use dead bodies to run machines.”
Graveyard Keeper 2 announced, will feature automation, tower-defense elements
Graveyard Keeper 2’s new trailer has a cutesy voice giving you instructions on how to sow seeds, source ‘fresh ingredients’ and ‘send helpers on a field trip’ which all feels like such a funny look into this grim, dark-humor filled game. This time around it looks as though there’ll be a bit of heavier leaning on the new automation elements that we first saw teased earlier in the year – all of that sitting nicely alongside the expected life-simulator aspects.
When it comes to the exclusive bonuses within the pre-order version of Graveyard Keeper 2, there are a few listed; They include a Sauna building which will allow you to lift your own spirits after a long day, and a new outfit for the Grand Inquisitor (which is the character that you will be playing as). These are just a few little bonuses, but it also looks like the game is slightly discounted, depending on the platform that you are going to purchase it on.
Graveyard Keeper 2 looks like a lot of fun, so September 22nd cannot come soon enough! The idea of these little freebies for pre-ordering is a nice touch as well – and something that we don’t often see outside of the AAA side of things.
