PDP Afterglow Wave Nintendo Switch Controller – Bright Lights!

I am someone who really struggles with the default Nintendo Switch controller, specifically when I am playing Switch on my TV. There is just something about the two disconnected halves of a controller that I cannot wrap my head around — but I do enjoy Xbox-styled controllers! The PDP Afterglow Wave Nintendo Switch Controller is basically an Xbox controller but for your Nintendo Switch, with a few fun features.

Now, the PDP Afterglow Wave Nintendo Switch Controller is stunning. I mean that really — it’s super stunning! The color of the lights that are pulsing through the sides of the controller are beautiful: super vibrant and, well, stunning. These lights are in a wave pattern, down the sides of the controller, as well as under the thumbsticks. This light-up aspect of the controller is my favorite thing about it — it’s just really beautiful.

Along with the lights, the thumbsticks and grips are slightly textured, which feels nice when you are holding them. All of the buttons on the top are flat and matte feeling, but they all are responsive and work well. There’s every button you’d expect on a Nintendo Switch Controller, including the Home button and the Screenshot button. There are also a series of small, square lights at the bottom of the controller showing if it’s connecting and it’s battery life. Two buttons on the back of the controller can also be re-mapped, which is really useful depending on the type of game you’re playing.

The PDP Afterglow Wave Nintendo Switch controller is a stunning, well-designed controller that works well for anyone looking for a new Nintendo Switch Controller for their device. I really enjoy the beauty of it, and it works extremely well. You can also purchase the base controller in a bunch of different colors!
