Kingdom Hearts III Trailer Drops Out of Nowhere at Series Concert

As a gift to beloved fans and concert attendees, the new trailer for Kingdom Hearts III was presented, featuring brand-new footage.

If there is a fanbase used to waiting, that’s the Kingdom Hearts one. With the last mainline installment having released in 2006, the wait for Kingdom Hearts III is a hard one to bear. However, attendees to the LA concert of the Kingdom Hearts Orchestra World Tour on June 10th got quite the treat.

Series director Tetsuya Nomura himself got on stage to present a brand new Kingdom Hearts III trailer, which you can see below. The montage features flashy combat sequences and cutscenes showing series characters under the Kingdom Shader for the first time. Voiced in Japanese and subtitled in English, this trailer offers more story tidbits than the game has ever seen.

At the end of the trailer, the promise of a new world reveal and yet another trailer is made, with them happening during D23 Expo in Anaheim, CA, on July 15. Kingdom Hearts III is currently in development for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
