This week is a massive party in Pokemon Go. They’ve got party-hat covered Pokemon spawning, legendary raids happening each day, and Go Fest Global happening on the weekend. It’s truly a lot to keep track of! This is primarily because of the 10th anniversary of Pokemon Go, which has been the talk of the town. Adding to the mystery and excitement, Pokemon Go has announced a 10th anniversary broadcast, happening on July 9th.
There isn’t much to go on about what this event will feature. At the moment, Pokemon Go has announced that players should keep an eye on the official Pokemon Go Facebook and X pages, to hear about where to watch and when to tune in. Throughout the day, there will be several content creators and notable trainers who will be going live on their platforms to celebrate.
I have been invited to New York City on July 9th for the Pokemon Go 10th Anniversary, so feel that I might be watching the broadcast live or maybe you’ll even be able to see me within the broadcast.
This broadcast is likely to feature a bunch of memories from the last 10 years of Pokemon Go and maybe a sneak peak at what is to come, especially as Pokemon Go has seen so many changes in the last year. The past 10 years have seen it change so much, from the addition of shadow raids, mega-Pokemon, showcases, routes and much much more – it’s definitely a cause for celebration.
