Detective Gallo is a gritty, if bumbling, private detective in a town brimming with crime and corruption as you solve the mystery of a multiple plant homicide.
What do we like most about it?
A lofty promise of 10 hours of gameplay split over 15 scenes, as well as a smooth hand-drawn animation, Detective Gallo has a lot to offer. The fact that the entire game seems to revolve around plants and anthropomorphic birds is certainly unusual, but some of the best point and click games I’ve played have been.
I’m also always glad to see games that pull off the noir setting and this certainly seems to do it well, at least from the little I’ve played of the alpha (link is on the Greenlight page) and from the information given on the page itself.
Definitely one to keep an eye on, and I think the developers will be too.
When’s it due?
Detective Gallo is set to release in June of 2017, when it launches it will do so for Windows PC.
