Photography puzzle game TOEM 2 is out now on PC and Console
TOEM 2, the sequel to TOEM is a photography-based puzzle game where you play as a little guy, going through various levels to take photos and collect up stamps which can then be used to travel to the next area. It’s a very fun game and with the launch, you can actually get both entries in the series as a bundle – perfect if you’ve not played the first!
We previously previewed TOEM 2 on IndieGamesPlus:
“These quirky little puzzles are what the game is all about. Each one that you solve in Toem 2 gives you a stamp that you can place in your own stamp book. It just all feels very cozy and warming, as you take your camera and find your own perspective on the world. Some of the photos you take can change the environment to help you discover something new, and others can just be taken because you want them. There isn’t a timer or any sort of rush in Toem 2, giving you the freedom to explore as you want and solve quests whenever you feel like it.”
TOEM 2 is a stunning puzzle game that just feels full of character, secrets, fun moments and so much more.
When I played the demo, I felt immersed in the little world as I moved around exploring it, meeting its residents and sometimes helping them out with their problems using my camera. The whole thing is absolutely brimming with charm, and while we’ve seen photography used as a core mechanic in games a couple of times over the years, here it feels fresh and fits perfectly into its wacky world.
TOEM 2 will be available with a 15% discount, for a limited time, on PC, PlayStation, and Switch.
