Stunning, captivating and full of cute outfits, Infinity Nikki is likely going to end up being a mobile game that I will actually play! This is a massive feeling, open-world, slice of life adventure game full of secrets, places to explore and magic!
Infinity Nikki has you playing as Nikki, with her little friend Momo (who’s a cat, that’s also beautifully accessorized), exploring the vast nations of Miraland. Within the game, there is a sort of magic called Whim, which is tied to the different outfits that Nikki can wear; A fishing outfit allows her to fish, a floating outfit allows her to hover down from tall heights, a shrinking outfit lets her get so small she can sit on Momo’s head. Mastering these stunning outfits and using them in your travels will help you discover more.
There are various people and creatures that live within this world, with their own quests and tasks that they want to take on. They follow their own routines and way of life, so you will need to see how they live their life to keep track of where they are. With a day and night system, weather happening in the world, and so much to explore, you won’t get bored of traveling around!
I played some of Infinity Nikki at Gamescom this year, where I was both surprised and captivated by the beautiful outfits and their abilities. It feels like a game that combines fashion and collecting in a whole new way, creating a stunning world that you just want to dive into. I didn’t get far in my limited time with this massive world, but it’s a game that I instantly pre-registered for on my phone, which is a rarity!
