Human Fall Flat x Barry’s Prison Run – New Level Update Launched on PC

0
Human Fall Flat is crossing over with Barry’s Prison Run. That’s right, the hit Roblox sensation is spinning off with one of the biggest indie darlings of the decade!

No Brakes Games and Curve Games are loading up a brand new level (the 34th to the title, which has been running since 2016) called Jail. Sure, the name isn’t exactly inventive, but it hits the nail on the head on what you can expect. Break out of solitary, avoid security cameras, and navigate the intricate walkways and platforming of the prison to escape scott-free and enjoy life on the run!

Statements from Curve Games (Human Fall Flat) and FarPaps Games Ltd (Barry’s Prison Run) show plenty of excitement for the collaboration, with both sides praising the union of projects.

Human Fall Flat took the world by storm when it launched all that time ago. The aim of the game is tricky physics-based platforming and basic puzzle solving. The wrinkle? You control a very floppy (and highly customisable) human effigy. Throw in that eight player multiplayer and suddenly the nights melt away in fits of swearing, laughter, and all the good stuff that set YouTube on fire when content creators finally got a hold of it.

We got a hold of the Switch port in 2017. Terry called Human Fall Flat “…a fun game [that] can be replayed many times, finding different routes through the puzzles.” If you want to catch the full review.

Speaking of customisation, the update comes with two new skins based on Barry’s Prison Run (again, slightly uninspired, but The Prisoner and Barry Prison Officer). This update does mark over a decade of updates, and is now available to download on Steam for free, with updates to other major platforms planned soon.
