Ghosts are always thought of as a scary thing, They lurk in darkness and scare the humans who happen to cross their path. Or at least, that’s what often comes to mind. Scared Little Ghost is about a ghost who actually is scared of everything; the darkness, humans, and saying Boo!
The graveyard you normally haunt doesn’t tend to have many people, but this specific night, there are tons of teenagers who have come out to ghost hunt, hoping to get pictures of a ghost on their camera! As you are so afraid, you can actually only spend a little amount of time in the darkness, and otherwise need to be within the light.
Scared Little Ghost does have you meeting various characters, working your way around a stealth map that’s just hiding from children and staying within the light. There is a black cat that can teach you how to be more terrifying, but you need to find an item to do that, and turn on a bunch of lights so that you aren’t too scared to actually get through the night.
The game itself isn’t too challenging, and is more like working out your path through trial and error, so that you can try to find a path that’s best. You are looking to find your ghostly powers, to scare off the children and head back to sleep.
As someone who doesn’t enjoy most stealth games, the story and funny concept around Scared Little Ghost really captivated me, and I did want to help this ghost and see what adventures we ended up on!
