The Sims have released an IRL Spooky Collection

The Sims is a video game that has very much been played and known by tons and tons of people. They’ve also had real life merch ranges and clothing ranges in physical shops anon their online shop for some time. For October, they’ve released the new Spooky Collection, which is a cozy lineup of different Spooky Season clothing and accessories!

This release has some fantastic nods to The Sims, like the Burglar Pajama Set, which includes a classic black and white stripped short sleeve top, a pair of black PJ bottoms, and a black eye mask to keep light out of your eyes as the burglar alarms go off. I think this is so playful and fun, in the concept of being a costume but also pjs. Following the idea of inspiration in the real world, the Grim Reaper’s Cardigan is a real statement piece – with it’s hood and belt in the middle. I do like how both of these outfits look like nods to The Sims, but it’s more of a hidden ‘if you know, you know’.

There are a few things which have prints that fit into Halloween. The Bonehilda skincare accessories kit, which has a hair band, wrist bands, a travel bag and more featuring prints of Bonehilda (the skeletal maid in The Sims) feels useful and more The Sims branded, if that makes sense. You can also get her on a t-shirt, advertising her cleaning service! If you want to wear the Grim Reaper as a print, you could get the Everyday Reaping tee, which is quite cute as well! There is also a Grim Reaper key chain that looks like a lot of fun.

If you’re looking to update your wardrobe around one of your favorite games or if you need a gift for your gamer partner’s Boo Basket, there are some great options here.
