In this, the second part of our fourth Big Boss Babble podcast, we discuss the recent news that Gearbox Publishing will be handling a physical release for We Happy Few, with the full AAA treatment promised for the title.
We Happy Few is an interesting title to go through the transition from indie to AAA (on marketing) if not least due to the amazing reception to the game’s E3 trailer rapidly thawing as people were presented with a (in my opinion, solid) survival title rather than the Bioshock-meets-the-seventies style game many were expecting.
Resident ‘Special-Edition Cynic’ Terry led the discussion while Dann, Jorge & Toby discussed the merits of buying sixteen different versions so that you can get every set of dachshund armour on day one.
