What type of game is it?

What’s the 30 second elevator pitch?
An interestingly looking turn-based strategy game built with E-sports in mind from the ground level. Competitive levels of balance as well as legacy teams that carry over between competitive campaigns seem to be the go words here.
What do we like most about it?
When done right -with a massive variety of units- turn-based strategy games can be, in my opinion, one of the strongest and most competitive and involving types of games out there. Obviously the main issue with large troop variety is actually balancing the different types; which is likely to be a major focus for Frozen District who make it intentional from the get-go that they intend to run the game as an E-Sport in the future.
Glorious: Companions looks very promising, visually and from the way statistics and information is managed. Hopefully the game will massively expand it’s unit roster, while maintaining that easy-to-use interface.
When’s it due?
Glorious: Companions is currently looking to launch into Early Access over the Winter months, with it’s final release launching on Windows PC, Mac & Linux.
