SpiritSphere To Release on January 24th, Release Trailer Within

Eendhoorn Games have stated that their new title, SpiritSphere is to release on the 24th January 2017.

SpiritSphere by Eendhoorn Game is a fast paced arcade game with local multiplayer support. It boasts a very retro graphical theme from the likes of the classic Zelda games and Final Fantasy Legend III. While sticking to the NES colour palette, it also looks rather vibrant and runs rather smoothly from the release trailer.

The gameplay however isn’t like those games at all, in fact it’s like retro tennis. It focuses its gameplay on a pong like experience that gets harder with higher levels. You can play with up to four people on local play and you can also play squash, or activate power-ups to turn the game into your favour.

It features

  • 7 characters with each their own strengths and weaknesses
  • 8 varied stages
  • Multiple game modes: practice, singleplayer, local multiplayer for 2-4 players and Squash mode
  • Crazy powerups – and the ability to turn them off for a more skill-based experience
  • 11 spheres (balls) that have different effects on the gameplay

SpiritSphere will be going from early access and launching fully on PC on the 24th January 2017 with a price point of, £5.59. However on launch week it will be discounted by 40% meaning it’ll cost £3.35.
