Odyssey, the first-person adventure title powered by astrology puzzles, launched into early access earlier today.
The game, which sees you journeying around a group of islands, solving puzzles, in order to save a trapped family is one that we’ve mentioned several times since it first arrived on Greenlight late last year. The main reason for this is it’s unique take on edutainment, delivering a deep puzzle experience akin to Myst, but with a view to the audience potentially being a complete neophyte to the subject.
The title is now available in early access, with the intention to use this time to tweak the game so that it delivers on both the intended education and entertainment fronts. It’s expected to hit full release in 4-6 months, with the team then moving onto the second half of the series.
