Explore the cyberpunk world of Trackless as you enter text parser to interact with the world around you and the challenges that face you as you travel to investigate a mysterious relic known only as The Object.
What do we like most about it?
Trackless’ killer feature is the requirement to type out the action you wish to perform in regards to the items around you – a clever updating of text based adventure games into a more modern adventure setting.
The game also has an extremely interesting, sketchy art style that creates an interesting perspective of depth and realism from a distance (as best evidenced by the Sketchfab model of the scooter on the GL page).
It’s probably a little bit early for the game to be on greenlight, as it’s still in its formative stages, however it does make sense to get the project out there early as they are currently attempting funding over on FIG.
When’s it due?
Trackless is set to release in early 2017 for Windows PC, Mac & Linux.
