What is it?
It’s a fast-paced, action-platforming title with customisable combos all based around you slashing things apart with your character’s blade. Attacks are directed before they are initiated, in a fashion similar to physics puzzle games (momentum before initialisation) which combined with the cool slow-down effect, and combo-system, looks to make for an interesting experience.
Also, I have to say, if the developers have put half the care into the game as they did timing the greenlight trailer to it’s music then I think we’re onto a winner.
When’s it due?
Riptale is currently listed for a Q1 2017 release, when it does launch it will do so for Windows, Mac & Linux.
